ROADMAP
1. Re-balance item stats of all included mods to match Nekos Clothing Overhaul. (to be coming soonish)
This is planned as a submod of NARC, currently going by the name of NARCO (Nano's "Armor Revisioned" - Clothing Overhaul). Yes, yes - I like my acronyms. The aim is to apply all the stat modifiers added by Neko to vanilla clothing and armor to the respective modded versions of NARCified mods. NARCOfy them, so to speak *cough cough*

2. #LearnToBlender - get started on creating overlap meshes for Drifter Pants, followed by everything else. (Pleeze HALP! D:)
All meshes will be freely available for anyone that wants to tinker with them or create their own armour mods using them. The only thing I ask is, should you happen to improve them, that you extend the same courtesy to me :3

3. Colour Normalization (maybe) - meaning that I will try to lighten / darken the armor colours of included mods where applicable to bring them visually more in line with both each other and the overall vanilla "washed-out-wasteland" look.
If I do this, any changes I made will also be published as submods to each parent mod I touched. (sometime this year~ish?)

4. Unified Vendor Distribution (probably) - This means I will completely re-balance vendor distribution for.. pretty much all clothing and armour items, so all mods included in NARC will integrate more seamlessly and naturally into the world. (when it's done!)

5. Seamless World Distribution (possibly) - Meaning I plan to seed items created by some included mods across the world, random NPCs and roaming squads where it makes sense. Once this is done you hopefully won't even notice you just looted a modded armour piece from Desert Ninja or Red Sabre because it'll feel like it was meant to be there all along. (When the the sun rises in the west and sets in the east. When the seals go cry and something mountains something..)
