The apprentice version is just a tad too powerful IMO, mostly because the DoT blight values are pretty high for that level.

I just fought this boss for the first time, and it was unfortunately on a Champion level mission and resulted in a party wipe. The fight was difficult and mostly good, but there are definitely a few unfair mechanics. With stress being the primary threat in this battle, stress management is obviously important, so having a -100% stress healing received debuff is completely unfair. Taking away the ability to manage stress in a battle where success relies on stress management is simply unfair, especially when you're getting 20-30 stress per round Horrify stacks on everyone. I had 3 stress heals on my team and it didn't matter when stress simply couldn't be healed. Additionally, there should have been a warning that this is a multi-wave fight. With that being something not in the game normally, I didn't think it would be a part of this and pushed my team harder than I would have if I had known there was a second and third wave of bosses, thinking I would be able to end the battle. If I had known there was still a third wave I would have retreated during the second wave, but my entire team ended up on deaths door due to heart attacks when the third wave started and I was unable to flee at that point. So either a warning of multiple waves of bosses, or possibly an option to continue or flee after each wave. Everything though I had a team that should have been able to handle this fight, the -100% stress healing debuff really screwed me over.

Edit: While I still feel there should be a warning about the multiple phases, I just fought her Champion battle again and never received a -100% stress healing debuff at all. I'm not sure if I got extremely unlucky the first time or what, but that fight was much more manageable and I got everyone out alive.

Apprentice version of the boss is extremely overtuned and unfair. Just about any part of it could use a tweak downward.

Apprentice version is always manageable when well prepared, got lucky to find the Miniboss twice in the same dungeon and beat'em both with no problem (then found the collector and added to my trothy list). The fight is actually pretty fun, was a bit afraid at first Father's damage is big but the husband+wench is a nice breather to prepare for the grand finale of the fight. Haven't tested the other levels of the fight yet.

I tried it with a pretty random party of level 1 heroes. It was difficult but manageable and super interesting mechanic-wise . Thank you.

When facing this boss in 2 separate runs I seem to have encountered a glitch. First run I used "Dazzling light" on the husband and wound up stunning my vestal. Then in a separate run when the banshee used "End My torment" and "Dementia" on itself they applied to my vestal. Is this a glitch?

The Champion version is obscenely difficult. Note that I have 600+ hours in the game and 100% achi completion outside of Butcher's Circus, so don't riposte me with "git gud n00b". The stress is sky-high and in the 3rd phase you just literally don't get a turn. You sit there watching a movie of your heroes dying with no input from your part. I suggest toning the entire thing somewhat. As it stands, this is probably the most difficult encounter compared to everything else in the base game.
