Hello, so I've just realized that TMPE mod causes a bug in my game. The problem is whenever I try to change game speed or speed slider, nothing changes in game speed. When I disable every mod except TMPE, 81 Tiles, Network Extensions 2 and Loading Screen Mod and the problem continues. However when I enable every mod and disable only TMPE, the bug is fixed.
I have tried for both TMPE STABLE and TMPE LABS, no difference at all. Also, interestingly, there is no problem in the 7 months older version of this city. When I load my 7 months older save game, game speed perfectly works with TMPE enabled.

In the link right above, there is the video that I recorded on 21st January 2020, 24 days ago (before the lastest TMPE updates). When I watch this video, I can see that there is no problem at all during the maximum game speed.
