Regarding lane connector lag, is that while the lanes are being edited (ie. visible connectors on screen)? If so we're aware of that issue but haven't had chance to fix it yet :/
I have the simulation accuracy set to the highest setting, still not working on specific junctions. I already rebuilt the traffic light but cars are still ignoring the light. :/ I'm pretty frustrated at this point.

I'll see if I can reproduce the issue you're having with lane connectors - do you have any screenshots of the intersection so we can get an idea of how many connectors are being displayed (it would help us try and recreate the intersection to see if we can reproduce the problem).
And yeah, next time it happens I'll provide some further info regarding the laggy lane-connectors.
