How do you deploy the chutes on the main ship?

Ok so when 1 or more lift engines are detected not functioning the warning board above your head they will flash and an alarm will sound notify which engine RPS is lower than 60, the minimum functioning RPS to keep the ship in the air, then deploy the locked chutes button will then unlock allowing you to deploy the chutes

Does the EDF have its own battery or run off of the main ship somehow?

It run's off the main ships power, that's why I've noted on the power switch you run the DXR-1's generators during flight.

How dose the hover logic of the edf 1 work? i can see that you have three input funtions but i have not the logic fu to know why or how

The key button is just out of reach from the pilot seat, you need to get out and get up to it to turn it on.

On the creative more island (The really big one with a blue hangar) in the ship dock.
It comes with a stand for the ship
