I too would like a more in-depth description of how it works.

it just puts a limit on how countrys like El Savador treat military, it makes them make quality templates instead of the 2 width spam stuff, might do a few other quality of life changes, but thats the basics of it

Its the Internet. People have more balls being annoying and rude. So you can basically say most people are like this but they arent showing it in real life (some do but you dont often stumble across them)
