Bug reporting

Just creating this topic in order to report bugs.

I spotted one:
- executive Yuan focus icon isn't loaded when in completion, even if working fine in the tree;
- same for Judicial Yuan
- Control Yuan

Thanks, I'll try to find out where the problem is. Very likely to be changes made by Paradox, cos I have not touched this mod.
