Mixed Lores was inspired by these Tabletop rules
This mod features a custom ui that allows you to put together your prefered mixed lore of magic. Supported lord types are Mazdamundi, the campaign version of the Slann Mage Priest, Morathi, Teclis, Alarielle, Archaon, Malagor and the Fay Enchantress as well as Mixu's Belannaer and Lord Huinitenuchli.

The following Tabletop rules served as inspiration for this mod.
Lizardmen (6ed) page: 49 SLANN GENERATIONS FIFTH GENERATION When a Slann Mage-Priest selects his spells before a battle he is allowed more freedom than normal. He may use any Lore from Warhammer rulebook. What's more, a single Slann can choose from more than one Lore: instead of being limited to just one. Truly these creatures are masters of magic.
Dark Elves (8ed) page: 54 MORATHI MAGIC: Morathi [...] uses spells from the Lore of Death, the Lore of Shadow and the Lore Dark Magic. She can generate all of her spells from the same lore, or two or more of the above lores in any combination. Declare how many spells she will generate from each lore before spells are generated.
High Elves (8ed) page: 59 ALARIELLE THE RADIANT MAGIC Alarielle the Radiant [...] uses spells form the Lore of Life, the Lore of Light and the Lore of High Magic [...]. She can generate all of her spells from the same, or from two or more of the above lores in any combination.
High Elves (8ed) page: 55 TECLIS MAGIC Teclis [...] does not generate spells following the normal rules, but instead can choose either to know all of the spells in the Lore of High Magic, or choose one spell from each of the eight Lores of Battle Magic in the Warhammer rulebook. Modified to: Teclis can choose a spell list consisting of spells in the Lore of High Magic and one of each of the eight Lores of Battle Magic in the Warhammer rulebook.
[unofficial] Warhammer: Special Characters (Warhammer Armies Project) page: 64 BELANNAER MAGIC Belannaer [...] may use spells from the Lore of High Magic or any of the eight Lore of Magic. Warhammer Armies: High Elves (5ed) page: 91 Magic Spells Belannaer [...] can use either us High Magic or Battle Magic. Modified to (same rule as the one used for Teclis): Belannaer can choose a spell list consisting of spells in the Lore of High Magic and one of each of the eight Lores of Battle Magic in the Warhammer rulebook.

The following TT rules for Archaon, Malagor and the Fay provide the choice between different lores of magic (spell groups) instead of mixed lores of magic (spell groups).
Bretonnia (6ed) page: 77 The Fay Enchantress MAGIC The Fay Enchantress [...] may use any of the eight lores from the warhammer rulebook.
Warriors of Chaos (8ed) page: 48 ARCHAON MAGIC Archaon [...] uses spells from one of the following: the Lore of Death, the Lore of Fire, the Lore of Metal, the Lore of Shadow or the Lore of Tzeetch.
Beastmen (7ed) page: 55 MALAGOR, THE DARK OMEN MAGIC Malagor [...] uses spells from one of the following: the Lore of Wild, Lore of Death, Lore of Shadow or Lore of the Beasts.

in the classic skaven book ikit claw has a rule that allows him to take magic spells from any lore of magic except waagh magic
"MAGIC SPELLS: ikit claw is a level 4 wizard. he me cast spells in the normal manner as described in warhammer magic. because of ikit claw's extensive investigations and research into the realm of magic he may take his spells from any spell deck except the waaagh magic spells."
from the 1993 skaven army book
its an old one 4th-5th ed i think, but it has precedence for something here that could be cool
