Unfortunatlly I have a plethora of mods. so I was trying to disable ones that directly affect ground/buildings.
Also check the list of mod problems I linked in the first post if any if those mods may cause this error. This is likely coming from an incompatibility or a mod adding something unusual to the generation process. At least you should deactivate Simply More Bridges as Terra already contains an improved version of that mod.
@Bonnett88: That sounds like an incompatibility. I remember reading that a mod changes terrain like you described but I don't remember exactly which one. I think it was a bridge mod. Deactivate them if you use any and try again. Otherwise a log may help too in case that this is coming from an error.

I disabled all mods but HugsLib, Mod Manager, and RimHUD just to be certain it wasn't a conflict.
@ZeroStride: Thanks for testing this with almost no mods. It's hard to fix something I cannot test, but I uploaded a new version with changes which may avoid the problem. Please report back if it works now or upload a new log.
Edit: One step I omitted (but it probably doesn't matter?) I enabled development mode just to see if I'd get any additional error messages. Tested, it was fine. Disabled, tested, it was fine.
Further-edit: Somehow I've managed to break it again, same "full flooding the map" issue. I'll poke at it and see what I come up with.
Let me know if I can provide more info!

I'm also seeing all my ground turn damp, shortly after starting. Disabled all mods except this one. Its flooding the map, but since I'm not playing with rivers it is turning all my ground more fertile. Can visibly watch it turn the ground.
Otherwise my only idea currently is that it's coming from the planet size. Maybe try different planet sizes and seeds and report if the same problem happens.
@123Nick: I fixed the overlays. It will come with the next patch.
On the new screenshots I see not everything breaking. Are there walls from new mod materials which only break or also vanilla stuff?
Your log also contains errors which look like the mods code got mixed with an old version. Afaik steam should keep this and the old version separated even if they both have the same name because of unique ids, but maybe rimworld fails here. You could try if a redownload of the mod helps and to be save, check to remove or move all old versions of Terra from the games and steams mod folder. These errors may also be the reason for the wall breaking bug.
- For the first, please upload a log after building a few walls where the ground below them turns to water. A screenshot may also help.
- For the second, can you check if the map was generated with correct elevation data? Activate the elevation overlay in the bottom-right corner and see if everything has correct values or is just flat/uniform.
- "since I'm not playing with rivers it is turning all my ground more fertile." This also sounds werid. Can you explain it in more detail what happens and give screenshots?
