Going down the Democratic path, it looks like you hit a wall at "The balkan alliance" focus. It requires that you are in a faction and are a faction leader, but that focus is supposed to MAKE you a faction leader. Had to use console commands to continue that part of the focus tree.

Edit: Nevermind, didn't see you can create your own alliance in a different part of the tree.

Same Problem, the Austria which is created by the mod starts with one division and innsbruck and the standard austria has everything else. Just started the game. Only thing that's different from your requirements is that I did not yet buy the man the guns navy dlc everything else is conforming with your mods requirements

Edit: okay, so I do actually control the troops of Austria, but not the provinces. Also not my ally.

Edit2: Okay scratch that I have control of some troops. Could give myself the provinces via console at least, but can't annex the other austria because the "AUS" tag supposedly doesn't exist.

Interesting ... I have looked into the files and I dont get why this doesn´t work without the DLC, but I will look into that later again.

That'd be grand. It looks like this could be great fun, but it's kinda rough with only 15 troops and 1 civilian factory in Tirol xD I'll try it anyways but thanks for looking into it :)

Tried something and made an update right now. If you can tell me, that it works now, that would be nice. Worked my side without the dlc.

Yup, works now for me :) Thank you. Great fun trying this. Although the instant civil war for germany via focus tree was a bit conveniant, after it declared war on me :D Still lost, after imperial germany attacked the allies with usa already active.. -.- xD

It could just be, because your are a land locked nation without convoys at the start. If it is something else, pls post a screenshot ^^.

Is this mod patch sensitive like from "wolf" to the recent "fork" patch? because with the new update came the launcher and it wont allow the mod to load in their mod selection tab on the launcher.

I think what you have is a bug from the new paradox launcher, not from the mod. Try to google the problem, I have seen that many other have it and there is a simple solution, but If I would write it here I would just confuse you ^^
