RatKin Weapon comparison to vanilla(WIP)
I test Ratkin's weapon rifle compared to vanilla weapon

a more visual explanation will be a video but my mic is not working so I share a sheet result and some explanation first.
here is the sheet.

methodology (in short?)
similar to Francis John's weapon test (https://youtu.be/fFjPzn_NNAg)
test it with centipede coming at target and finish it the timer pawn come close to my side.
sample side is just 20 pawn *2 round
another type is versus variant pirate pawn 5 each * 2 round the result will be in win-lose ratio.
and with Heavy SMG, I need relocate enemy pirate to be with in rang.

the main difference will be target start at the full length of the longest ranged weapon.
and I need to start the test with insanity lance or else the enemy will ignore my pawn.

shoot5 =shot skill 5
shoot10 = shot skill 10
rk_fct_rifle= Ratkin flechette rifles

have some human error in the point that I can stop at the same time. and Heavy Smg might get 3rd burst.

take the result with a grain of salt. cause practical use will be different depending on your playthrough style and base design.

Ratkin rifle, I drop after the first test cause it's really weak.
but only require the same research as bolt-action rifles.

Ratkin flechette rifles VS Assault rifle is similar.
The Assault rifle is slightly more damaged. but Ratkin rifle has more stop power(1.5) and better melee attack.

Heavy SMG is less damaged than Francis John's test because my test setup prefers full longer range weapons. with the second test with the pirate, it does matter much as long as the enemy within range.
Heavy SMG also takes far less research points.

tl:dr. with my opinion.
better skip Ratkin Rifle as soon as you unlock other weapons.
Ratkin flechette rifles and Assault rifles are more or less interchangeable.
Heavy SMG is OK if you know your playthrough + base design did not prefer long-length fight.
(ex smaller kill box)
