The mod really doesn't give any good indication on what clothes i should give my nobles, and having tried different outfit combinations I'm not sure that there even is a full set of ratkin noble clothes

Might I suggest that ratkin noble outfits be a separate research just like vanilla? That way you can just look at the tech tree to know what clothes are needed
