Bug Reports
This is a centralized topic to report bugs, since the new topics created don't send you a notification.

If you want me to take a look at your error, I NEED you to submit error logs. It is crucial you provide me with Hugslib logs - I am not interested in comments ‘X doesn’t work because Y’, and I will not reply to those, even delete them if they hide proper bug reporting. Hugslib logs are what tells us, devs, what went wrong, and what mods you were using.

IF YOU DON'T POST A HUGSLIB LOG, YOUR REPORT WILL BE DELETED FROM NOW ON TO AVOID CLUTTER.

To get hugslib logs, make sure you have a Hugslib mod running, then press CTRL-F12 while in game and copy the link to us.

Note that you can find your logs at \steamapps\common\RimWorld\RimWorldWin64_Data\output_log.txt and you can share it with me by uploading it to https://pastebin.com

Running into a severe lack of bred drones in my current play through. 35 hives set up and I can't get drones for anything past hybrids (of which, I've only scored a smidgen of). piles of queens from what i can get from amalgam queen w/ hybrid drone, but not a single amalgam or beyond drone.

edit: few minutes later, my first amalgam drone;14th of septober 5501

The brood chamber produces 5 times more drones than queens with the latest update...

When making mead, the cask is never filled up more than 5/25. Adding more to it just removes the item, instead of filling it up further. Completely breaks the mead-making.

Hey Sarg, enjoying the mod, but every time I load from a save, my screen is absolutely flooded with hybridization notifications and every single hive produces a hybrid.

Love this mod!!! I have an error where once i put 5 mead must into the mead barrel, it will just keep adding more without changing the amount stored, and will just waste the resources to infinity. I disabled all other mods and the functionality was normal, on a fresh map. Can you recommend where I might start looking to troubleshoot this? I'm not seeing a specific error in the log about this.

Yeah, I saw ReZpawner reporting that error too, but I was unable to replicate it... The only thing I can think of is VGP, that adds an universal fermenter...

I disabled all hauling mods, i disabled VGP, and I disabled all of the lord of the rings mods because the dwarves added a mead. I'm sure its a mod conflict somewhere, I just can't figure out where. Thank you for the timely response! Short of disabling all mods and reenabling them one at a time, not sure what else I can do other than not use the mead barrels.

I tried narrowing down the problem. This is how I've been testing.

Activate fewer mods. Spawn a new world, use dev tool to spawn 2 stacks of must and forbid one. Spawn a fermenting barrel and allow them to load one of the stacks and verify that that amount is in the container. The I allow the second stack and they just load it forever and the original number doesn't change.

I tried a fresh install, activated only rimbees and core, and even now that is failing the test. Doesn't seem to matter what i have activated.

Yeah, that's what I tried... They load the first one, and then don't load the second one since the barrel is full. Like I said, I can't seem to reproduce it

I haven't had time to test this, I'm loading the game now. I really appreciate your efforts here! I do want to clarify, when im loading the first stack, its always less than the max the barrel can hold. Then the second stack attempts to fill it, uses up the ingredients, but doesn't change the count of say, 5. Were I to load the barrel to full the first time, this issue does not occur.

Found an interesting bug. I've got two advanced, climatized, beehouses each with a Psychic queen and Stoner drone attempting to breed a High bee. For them to work, there needs to be a source of neutro within a 6 tile radius. Well, I have a source, and it's located 3 tiles from each of the hives. On one hive, it tells me "Stopped due to absence of neutro in a 6 tile radius" and on the other it says "Stopped due to absence of in a 6 tile radius" (Nothing but a space there) It should be noted that all hives are in an underground chamber with thick overhead mountain, using grow lamps, so I'm not sure if that plays into it or not. SUCCESS!! I loaded two heavily modded saves, with alternate fermenters to make it as most likely that it would be broken, and in all cases your recoding worked perfectly! Thank you so much for your efforts!

Just wanted to update, it looks like it's not a bug, but a simple description error. By planting a Psychoid plant and a Smokeleaf plant within 6 tiles, both hives are functioning normally now. I'll see if I can narrow it down further and report back as to exactly which one it requires, but the description of it requiring neutro is definitely wrong.

Edit: It definitely requires Psychoid.
