My vehicles from AVO dont load on my saved game after I have already Subscribed and restarted the game

Hi, how do I get the avo vehicles to load onto my saved game? Thank you

I have a sort of similar problem where some vehicles that used to be available (and I previously allocated to lines and I still see in my city) are no longer in my list of possible public transport vehicles and I can no longer choose them for new lines. Any known solution?
