Using all these mods together makes Paniels bald, even when they don't have any hats.

I talked with the dev of Paniel mod and according to him it was some sort of incompatibility between Facial Animations and Hats Display Selection.

I have also did a quick test run with just those 3 mods, the DLCs and the necessary mods like Harmony and Humanoid Alien Races, and all Paniels were still bald.
