You do realize that improved versions of "Snappy Saddles & Rafts" are already included in "Structures Plus (S+)"... right? (Also, "Snappy Saddles & Rafts" is an old, abandoned mod dating back to 2018 which does not even allow comments in a comment section.) So, is there another reason why you are using both mods?
The next experiment will be with Ark Additions after s+ and autotrough.
Sadly, there are 10x9x8x7x6x5x4x3x2 ways to arrange 10 mods in a list :-(
I'm still thinking that one of the other mods is creating a conflict wit AA, but it's going to take ages to confirm :-(

Suggestion: Since it sounds like S+, Auto Trough, and Ark Additions are the three that are giving you the most trouble, something you could try is different order/combinations of just those 2 or 3 (none of the other 10) until or if you get them to function properly. That way you could at least eliminate the possibility of one of the other 7 mods conflicting with AA.
Also, have you tried your list of mods with Ark Additions at the bottom of the list, but with neither S+ nor Auto Trough active at all?
Since S+ does add platform saddles to several dinos, perhaps that is somehow interfering with the saddles in AA?
Further, I would point out that - if set up properly - S+ can be used to automatically distribute food to feeding troughs. It also has "S+ Nanny" which feeds nearby babies up to 15% maturity (requires the food the baby eats in her inventory) and imprints nearby baby dinos. So I question how important it is to have Auto Trough in your list. Is it needed at all?
Finally, perhaps you'd consider using Super Structures (SS) as an alternative to S+? Super Structures is a fork of S+ that has most of the same functionality of S+, just with some differences.

The description for HG Stacking Mod says,
Quote, "Stacking mod needs to be as high as possible in the order of the mod list"
And I've read similar for other stacking mods, some even suggesting it should be at the top of your mod list, if possible.
Oh, and some of these mods, like Rotton Box and Awesome Teleporters, have several alternatives that do pretty much the same thing. There are several mods for spoiling meat faster - mods like Grubs!
I've tried removing rotten box.
I'll try removing autotrough on the next iteration.
I'll also try moving the stacking mod up the list.
Autotroughs are no longer placeable, but existing ones are working.

The Auto Trough might be causing issues, I have everything but the Auto Trough.
I tried the load order you are using on fjordur and it's flawless
I also tried deleting AA from the server and client to force it to reinstall it still fails.
Validating Ark on server and client hasn't helped.
I'm completely stumped :-(
Have you tried manually deleting the \{mod ID#}\ folder in both mod locations when you "remove" a mod? You do know that Ark keeps two copies of each Workshop mod, right?
I can say from personal experience that merely clicking the [Subscribed] button on the Workshop and verifying that the checkmark disappears from the left corner of said button is sometimes insufficient to completely remove a mod. It seems that clicking the button on Workshop to unsubscribe will only deleted the second location (\workshop\content\), while seemingly leaving the files in the first location (\Content\Mods\) behind.
Also, I found this out that when I tried to manually replace a current version of a Workshop mod with an older version. My efforts failed to work until I deleted the folder in both locations before replacing (deleting, then unzipping) with my old archived copy.
I've also heard of other players having problems with corrupted mod files that could not be solved until these folders were manually deleted before re-subscribing to the mod. I've even heard of similar situations with mods for games other than Ark. (I've certainly read more than a few complaints about Steam Workshop, itself, as well as the unusual way Ark devs went about implementing Workshop mods.)
Deleting the files and resubscribing to the mods hasn't fixed the problem though :-(
I appreciate your suggestions - I always seem to miss something.
