Guinea, next to Liberia, is labelled as under Italian Rule, but is not a puppet of Italy and is independent.

Im pretty sure its this mod but american focus tree has those annoying '_' between each word in some of the focuses/most ,tanks!

also i seem to find that when Britain gets rid of their empire the colonys in africa become neutral? and i cant invade them
