How to fix the mod not showing up in game

not taking me to anything says error D: really wanted to try this mod but cant find it at all on my computer

You can check Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\435150 and that should have your mods. Just go through the folders and copy the ones that aren't showing up and paste them into the mods folder in your documents folder.
