For a fascist part of the focus tree, you could include demanding the French and Portugese territories of India. A communist one could potentially involve trying to spread communism to the north, either through manipulating politics and supporting a coup or by taking it with force.

for the fascist one you can also add the choice of going to war against foreign powers like stated before but to fight for ceylon and nepal.

I have implemented a semi-custom focus tree in which you can revolutionize your government, declare your independence from England, and claim the territories of European Imperialists. Hi could you change the king and its flag to a Dravidian Empire or as a "Neo-Chola empire" in the fascism tree, as I feel this king to be more culturally inline to possibly a nation around Arabia or North India as throughout south indian history, it's culture has been distinctively centred around the Tamil language and it's sister languages as well as Shiva/Siva and Murugan in Hinduism as their diety and not as much Islam.
