It works:
1). Click subscribe.
2). Wait for it be downloaded.
3). Start Shogun 2.
4). Make sure Expanded is ticked in the mod manager.
5). ???
6). Profit.

I followed above instructions and still nothing.

Hi all, Sorry to raise this post back up but I am also having this issue. I just subscribed and downloaded the mod. It sounds pretty cool! As mentioned by Danken Duncan above, I follow the outlined steps, but when I get to "start a new campaign" screen, there are no new clans to choose from. I have never tried downloading mods before, so I am a bit out of my depth here. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Nevermind. It just appears that you cannot start as the clans that have been added by this mod...? I started the campaign and realized I was neighbored by clans who I had not played with/against before. Seems like this will be fun!
