1. Scanandanavia and Baltics (DEN, EST, FIN, ICE, LAT, LIT, NOR, SWE)
2. Western Europe (AUS, BEL, HOL, IRE, LUX, POR, SPR, SWI)
3. Balkan States (ALB, BUL, GRE, TUR)
4. France (FRA)

The rest have not been ordered yet based on release but in this general order

Africa (ETH, LIB) I am waiting for the new tags to determine what is possible
Middle East (AFG, IRQ, PER, SYR, etc.)
Asia (KOR, PHI, SIA, INS, etc.)
South America (all states)
Central America (all states)

These will be last as they already have a basic individual representation with game release and DLCs.

Central Europe (CZE, HUN, ROM, YUG)
China (all majors and warlords)
Italy (ITA)
United States (USA)
British Commonwealth (AST, CAN, ENG, IND, NZL, RAJ, SAF) plus any other releasables such as Malaya and Pakistan
Soviet Union and satellites (SOV)
Germany (GER)

I probably left a few out, as I am hoping to have models for every nation, even if they are basic 'generic' represenations.
