I really don't know why he would'nt be spawning, and yeah, i'm toying with the biomes option, I could definitely add "no go zones" to him. I better narrow down his region spawning, maybe keep him in just border zone. It makes sense, he would'nt be traveling around anyway but there really unless on a contract, but in this moment of his story he is supposed to be taking revenge anyways. It's a work in progress, haha. Reason why I did'nt originally add the no go zones and what not is because I used the Wandering Assassin as a template and wanted him to function that way.
