A Suggestion
Somethings always did seem quite op even before you continued the mod. Like when the Imperial Federation forms you get cores all over the empire. But this doesn't seem right. Especially in Africa and India, except for South Africa. Perhaps you could change this to make it less overpowered in regards to manpower by restricting Federation Cores to the Commonwealth and reserving colony status for the rest.

Also unsure if manpower would still be overpowered with Home Guard in line with the above. Perhaps upon formation of the Federation the Homeguard is either removed or reduced as a national spirit?

I didn't realise that. Perhaps I may do that. By Commonwealth, do you mean Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom? I can see that, as the cultural similarity is almost identical. South Africa is a different case, I think.

Are you referring to the NF where it gives you +5%?

Yes. it makes sense when Britian is fighting by itself but less so once the Federation is formed

I was thinking of either reducing or eliminate it. I would suggest testing via reduction before eliminating it to find what feels right but that's me.

Forgot to put this in. And no I did mean to include SA because basically you have what you already do with the focus that gives a core on Kenya. IE a large, but still a minority, white ruling class that more or less is the dominant culture for all intents and purposes.

That's not really the case in India with more established and civilized cultures already being present in India.

Only way for that to happen is if I removed all the map changes here, which means that a whole different, lighter version would need to be uploaded.
