On Atmospheric Anomaly found :
Strange Fossils , need to be subterran or ruins
Ancient Ruins , need to be subterran or ruins
Mutated Flora , need to be life form

HORATIO

Home system start with FIDS penalty , is strange if Faction start with penalty in home system .
Happy bonus 2 on Burning is low now cos Home System is not burning and this planets is rare .
Maybe give bonus to Harsh Planets .

MODULE

Military - Stage 4 - Technology : Tensor Algorithms - Weapon Module : Advanced Unstable
Slugs ( RED ) - Bonus vs Missiles 300 - vs Squadrons 8 .
Is low cos BLUE in Stage 3 have 360 - 9 .
Maybe give bonus from BLUE to RED .

Science - Stage 4 - Module : Advanced A-M Probes ( ORANGE )
Dont say : can only be insalled on Explore ship's .
Looks like you can use it on any ship , but work only on Explore .
Maybe make it same like BLUE - YELLOW module's .
PS. Check RED Module too .

Curiosities > Hardcoded and I'm fairly sure those are totally random anyway.

Horatio > He has FIDSI bonus to compensate (he's not the only faction to start without the colonization tech for their home planet in the mod).
I'm reluctant to move the happiness bonus because they have faction specific techs tied to hot planets, I was thinking of buffing it when I do a pass on population bonii.

Slugs > This is actually intended by the game, each strategic weapon has a "quirk", the blue slugs' is better flak.

Probes > Devs broke the tooltips again, I'll fix it.
