Brainwashing first minor faction costs more than 3000 influence points
Good evening! The cost to brainwash sisters of mercy is more than 3000 points in my game.

The cost scales with a lot more things like n° of systems owned and a few other variables but you can heavily reduce it with a few laws/hero effects. It's a bit in need of an overhaul atm (it's planned) but it's intended.
