When I play as the New Republic against the Dark Empire the AI will only send in One random unit making it impossible for enemy AI to conquer any my planets which ruins playing against the dark empire,
if I play as the Dark Empire the New Republic will send in multiable units to conquer my planets so it has to be a bug with the Dark Empires faction
