portable bus stop doesn't summon bus

i can use the cheat command jazz_call_bus to get it to work but for some reason the tool doesn't work. it worked on the prologue and never again. the only addons i have are jazztronauts and playermodels

i also have access to the spawnmenu for some reason

ok turns out everyone just has to point at it and not only one person (no clue why i have the spawnmenu but its not a big deal)
