What's the dealio with the TPosin Bartender in the Void?
Whenever you look at the Texture for stolen brushes, or travel through the void, there are a bunch of TPosing Bartenders, endlessly watching you. WHAT IN THE WHATNESS

Canonically, the answer is that the Bartender once tried to take a shortcut through the Void, rather than using the Voidway. That's what happened when she did.

Her self was temporarily shattered, and reassembled in many different places before she emerged at her destination. Those that are left are just sort of echoes of who she was back then.

ah.. I see.. also, another question.. Is there a way to manually select a map instead of going through shuffle?

There is, yes. I believe it's explained in a tab in the FAQ, which is linked in one of the pinned thread. It's a bit beyond my understanding of the technical workings of the game I'm afraid.
