If they aren't working, be sure you're running the latest version of the game! Stan allows you to move through solid walls, with upgrades increasing the range and how thick a wall you can go through. It's operated by the left mouse button, unless you've remapped something.
The hacker goggles allow you to see all the level triggers and such, and are equipped via the left mouse button from the weapon menu!

To use stan, you have to find a valid surface until a pentagram apears, and the hacking dont do anything except for giving you developer information about the map, so they do nothing gameplay wise.

Will you release the weapons for sandbox mode? the hacking goggles especially would be very useful for sandbox

i also wonder if they will add in the "weapons" to the sandbox mode, cause sandbox can really get boring and i think these weapons would be useful in sandbox
