Radiators, I've had the least amount of luck with. Usually scenery maps with high static prop counts, like houses and apartments, have at least one radiator, but I've lucked out with maps that have multiple radiators. I have a theory that prison radiators also count, but I haven't gotten a chance to test it. So, prison-themed maps might be another source of radiators.

Vending machines are often found in office environments, prophunt maps being good sources. Train stations and airports usually have one or two scattered around. Unfortunately, only a handful of unexplored/rarely picked maps have tons of vending machines to collect; you'd be better off collecting the few that you find, hopping between maps that you suspect have them.

Aditionally, try to go for de_office if you see it. It has a 3 vending machines. Lots of clones of that map.

gm_house3v3 has a ton of radiators, so i'd try that map
also ph_spooky_scary_map has a lot of vending machines, so play that one a few times

jazz_missions_add 5 if you need a last resort (input command in console)
