Europa Universalis IV

Elder Scrolls Universalis
April Fools?
I'm unsure if this is an April Fools thing or if this is meant to come up like this. It currently opens every time I launch my game. Confused though since April doesn't even exist in the Elder Scrolls universe, hence my question. Even if it did exist, the current in game date doesn't match the pop up. 🤔

These are Calendar events, which are based on the date of your computer...The Gardtide is celebrated on the 1st Rain's Hand, which is April.

I have checked the code, it should happen only on 90th day of the year, so I have no idea why you see it on the 2nd of April.

Ok that makes more sense then. Just a suggestion, but might I recommend making the event say Rain's Hand instead of April to avoid that confusion? I don't know just an idea. As for the date, I'm pretty sure it was April 1st when I took the screenshot, in my timezone at least, so no issue there. I love the correlation of real life dates to in universe holidays though! I hope there's more of these. Cheers! 😎

We thought about puttins Elder Scrolls months... but it turned out that even people who played Skyrim have pretty vague idea about how ES months correlate with the real ones... and here we might have EU4 players who have never laucnhed any of the TES games.

P.S. I think we have 54 holidays events in total, so you might see them later :)
