Late to the party here, and kinda a necro but I would like the answer as well.
As far as I have seen so far, no however I thought about that for other Ark Additions stuff till I found an Ascendant Xiphactinus bp after killing Savage Acro.
Could always try farm that and see if it drops cause I didnt have the mod installed when I last done SavAcro

i dont think it can drop domination rex saddle not sure tho
