Artifacts.
So the regular indom needs more then one artifact. Aren't we not allowed to carry more then one of those? Where do we build the thing to get around that?

you can only carry one of each type of artifact, but you can carry all the requirements at the same time

You can carry multiples (even of the same one!) in an Otter. I think it's the only exception to that rule.
