What are the I. rex's base stats?
the tite kinda says it all.
I'm pretty sure its base HP is exactly 3k but I'm not sure and thats basically all. I was mostly concerned with what its absolute damage is.

3000 hp at lvl 1,so if hatched at 150 it will be 15 000 hp,base dmg at 100% is 120/130 or something around that,not sure for exact base ad number :)

Umm.. no. A level 150 Indo, under normal game rules with no stat changes, will not have 15k HP. I can't post a screenshot, but the picture I have of a 150 Indom has 9743 HP.

Hmm,when I spawned 150 lvl ones they always spawned at 15000 hp for me like it was rule,there wasnt any variety in hp like other creatures do (because stats distribute randomly),don't know if it was bug on my side or not,but you can calculate avarage hp if that's the way it is distributed for egg hatched ones based off 3000 base hp :)

is it possible that one of you has stat modifiers affecting the end result (perhaps the 15k hp is due to, say, singleplayer settings)
