navigate to the mod's folder. Select the "system" folder. Then Select the "KF2VolumeControl" folder. Remove both the KF2VolumeControl.exe and KF2VolumeControl.ahk. I recommend making a backup of these 2 if things don't work out.

Update: Im using a different computer and this tactic hasnt worked. instead, i went into the folder where KF2VolumeControl.exe was and activated it. the title music wouldnt play but all other music would work fine.
