Sorry if these have been posted before. Also, I don't know if these bugs are related to your code, or to diplomacy/other mods included in this pack.


1. Noble troops bugging out after loading game:

For some reason, the noble troops (swadian in my case) are sometimes spawned with 0 gear on and their custom names reset to "noble" after loading a game. If I save my game before a battle etc, and have to load to try again, the noble troops for some reason appear to be reset with 0 gear on. They run around naked on the battle field and get slaughtered. Usually this lasts one battle, and for the next battle they are back with their gear and proper names. Alternatively, I can go back to a city to customize them again, and this will also give them their gear back. Reloading does not work. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens often enough that it's annoying.

2. Inventory bugs out for my sons.

I have 3 sons and they all have this problem. None of my other companions or the player character share it. The helmet slot bugs out. I give my son say, a great helm. Next time I open up his invetory to change out the helm with a new one it appears as if he has no helmet equipped. I give him a new helm, but suddenly he is back to having his old helmet equipped. It seems that they have 2 different inventories and that if you ask them several times to see their gear, it will alternate between the 2. They will always use the first inventory in battle so it's not game breaking in any way, but it is slightly annoying both visually in the party menu and practically when trying to upgrade gear. (it only seems to affect the head slot)

3. Nobles defecting to join my faction often will not come to my capitol to swear fealtly.

There are a few lords who are listed as being in my faction and have been there for months, but I can't give them fiefs etc because they haven't "officially joined" yet. I have to run around the map hoping I can find them which can be very time consuming and frustrating. There is no way to ask for their location or send them a message. They will often be standing still in random locations doing nothing or be moving around doing random things. I don't know if they will come to a feast/ marshal summon as I haven't tried either yet. Out of 10 lords who defected to join my faction, only 3 came to my capitol.
