Goals of this Game
I decided to start this thread to discuss the purpose and future of this mod.
-features I'd like to add many small features that smooth out and improve gameplay, such as having children merc camps etc..
-The main purpose and future of this mod is to create a true population system. In the next update base population will be introduced, recruitable population will be drawn from this number. The income of the fief will now be calculated by using the base population, prosperity and tax rate of the fief.
- future I would like bandits to come from the base population as well, give them purpose and better dialog.
-the refuge will be introduced in the next update. It will be a place for the player to consolidate their wealth and troops, to build up until they can get a fief of their own. It wont generate wealth of its own but you can add settlers, loot, and slaves in order to increase the population or use loot to upgrade your peasant troops into armed peasants that have better gear/stats.
Over all I want there to be a better feel of numbers, when you steam roll thousands of enemy troops it should make a lasting effect. We will see how these things work in the next few updates.

Maybe also add a way to hire Refuges that you have to protect as another party. That way you can ship people from place to place. It should more be a way for late game. You could then convert population from your enemies to your own faction. Its like another kind of warfare. Take the base of their might and they will fall.

Also maybe add opinions to your decisions. Like getting Settlers from Nords into Swadia gives a malus to their opinion of you, if the nords don't like you. Other way around too. And maybe some greater differences if the population is high because of low food or less place. Just so noone stacks one village to doom stack population.

Love your mod, wanted to give a suggestion of a possible feature that I have never seen done in any other mod so far (as far as I know).

Being able to hire any group of bandits (for a large sum of money) to raid a castle, town (maybe village too).

They wouldn't be able to take over the settlement but would attack to kill off some of the garrison softening it up for my personal attack, or stealing it's resources to make it poorer.

@tank I am working on some changes with the bandits, there will be more options with them, I might test your idea thanks.

@olaf yea Id like to add more ways to manipulate the populations of fiefs we will see where it goes.
