The steps leading from T spawn to Broken TV. It was a cart and a wooden ramp. Apparently walking straight is too hard for people. I never got stuck on it but apparently other people got stuck.

are u talking about the steps that leads (leaded) u to B ? walking straight was also difficult cuz some russians was trolling others there

people got stuck because it wasn't very obvious to new players that you could just walk. The wooden planks were arranged to where it looked like you had to jump.

They changed some lighting, entrance from T to B Apps, some textures, crates on tetris and forest wall.
