Can we have the ability to change skins without creating a new character?

I keep having problems, my skin goes back to something else, is there a feature to change it or what?

If you mean colors, then yes. All you have to do is backup your dino, and when you change dinos, load your saved one and alter your colors/change your name and spawn as usual
