Like many others here, I had constant stutters and generally poor performance in Atilla and also in this mod, despite having a high end system. It went so far that I didn't even get 30 fps and therefore stopped playing. Since I've been using lossless scaling (app on Steam), these problems have all disappeared. I haven't noticed any loss of quality. I can only recommend everyone to try the tool with Atilla.
