Not that I've noticed. All I've seen is I can add the mod packs to the mod manager but only a couple of them download and get the Green Check next to them. The rest just sit with the blue downloading cloud next to them indefinitely. Hopefully someone on the mod team sees this thread.
I have though, had this issue with one mod in Warhammer II, just could not download it... No matter what I tried.
Make sure when launching the mod you have no Video file versions of other mods running like Blood mods etc..
I think these issues happen when you have say over 70 - 100 mods... The system that CA has implemented just gets really confused or something.
Try Community Mod manager from Github maybe.
What we have found for the MISSING DOWNLOAD FILES, and maybe this would help resolve it too, is to exit steam and go to Steamlibary/steamapps/workshop and delete the downloads folder. It will restart the download again and hopefully that would fix your issues.
I´ve tried to download the modpacks in different order and it´s always the last downloaded pack that stay blue clouded..
