Saturday and Sunday even though Weekends are disabled?

the weekends are still running even though i disabled it?

So when i disable weekends in the ingame options, it somehow doesnt skip from friday to monday

No, this is not how this option works. Saturdays and Sundays won't be skipped. They will be just normal workdays.
