The second and more comprehensive way is to manually build Real Time from its source code.
Using any of these two ways, you will not get any problems using the mod. If you downloaded Real Time binaries somewhere else and try "installing manually", then please refer to that website. Maybe they can answer your questions.
I'm also hoping that some day I'll be able to get this on my Switch version also .... but I'm not holding my breath. :-)
Thanks for all the work you have put into this. It's really a great mod. Much appreciated.
I am unable to install the mod via the Steam Workshop as I do not have it from Steam.
I've tried installing this mode to both CitiesSkylines\Files\Mods as well as Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods but neither has worked successfully.
I've tried installing from source as you mentioned with Visual Studio according to this tutorial video but it doesn't appear in my mod list.
I would appreciate any help you can provide as I am eager to try this mod out!
Maybe I didn't dig far enough to see why it may be difficult to do so, but as far as I know, I could compile it to bypass this check without a single problem.
This is the only mod to have a check like this. Is there a config setting or smth to skip the check?
