Compatibility with other mods
Although it is impossible to exactly check the compatibility with all the mods available, I will try to gather here my experience.

These mods are conceptually incompatible with Real Time
  • Climate Control
  • Date Changer
  • Any other mods that touch the time flow logic
This incompatibility is conceptual. Real Time creates a slow and natural time flow that is tightly integrated with the citizens' logic. Real Time has no idea how to react if the time suddenly jumps back and forth.

You could use these mods together with Real Time at your own risk. The game should not crash, but the citizens will probably go crazy when you change the daytime via these mods.

These mods are technically incompatible with Real Time
  • Rush Hour II
  • Export Electricity
This incompatibility is technical. These mods change the same parts of the game but in a different manner, so there is no way to use them together. The game might crash, you might experience weird behavior, or something will not work (either Real Time or other mods).

These mods partly compatible with Real Time
  • Ultimate Eyecandy
  • Time Warp
While they are actually not compatible with Real Time because of their time changes, Real Time uses a special compatibility mode when one of these mods is active. When you change the daytime in those mods, the game will be automatically paused. You can build or make screenshots while the game is paused. When you resume the game, the time will be reset back.
The time speed options will not work in those mods, however.

These mods are compatible with Real Time
Currently, there are no conflicts with the following mods:
  • Network Extensions 2
  • Realistic Population and Consumption Mod v8.3.3
  • Realistic Population Revisited
  • Citizen Lifecycle Rebalance v2.3
  • Traffic Manager: President Edition
  • Speed Slider [v2]
  • Realistic Walking Speed
  • District Service Limit 3.0
  • Building Themes
  • Force Level Up
  • Plop the growables! (but see FAQ!)

I never have any game play problems other than the stuck PT vehicles. And TMPE must be drunk because I didn't use any of its features in that Test City.
Maybe because im not a modder, but I dont understand how a city can work for me then you try and load it with the same mods and have issues.
Aminushki Aug 30, 2018 @ 4:14pm
Just as a reference, I played my city for a month with no problems, and then suddenly on august 26th, trains kept getting stuck and so did streetcars and metros etc.. and it just so happens that this mod was last updated on the 26th... I know this because I made a seperate save once I started seeing problems and it was on the 26th

I don't know why, when I randomly check and uncheck the settings in TMPE(I forget what settings), the public transport vehicle is no longer stuck, and it has been played for more than 8 hours. There may be compatibility issues with TMPE.

When I get some time I will investigate further, I believe we can find a solution to this issue. :)

What setting? I can test and see if there is indeed a incompability.

I remember that I randomly check and uncheck settings in "gameplay" option, then I loaded the map without stuck vechicles. Until now, no stuck occured.

But interestingly, I have tried to disabled TMPE before, but vehicles still stuck. So I don't know what happened here.

Since someone mentioned an issue with TMPE, I'll post my log here.

[Info] @ 192718229 ThreadingExtension.OnBeforeSimulationFrame: First frame detected. Checking detours. [Info] @ 192726414 ThreadingExtension.OnBeforeSimulationFrame: First frame detected. Detours checked. Result: 1 missing detours [Error] @ 192732351 Traffic Manager: President Edition detected an incompatibility with another mod! You can continue playing but it's NOT recommended. Traffic Manager will not work as expected. See TMPE.log for technical details. at CSUtil.Commons.Log.LogToFile(System.String log, LogLevel level) at CSUtil.Commons.Log.Error(System.String s) at TrafficManager.ThreadingExtension.OnBeforeSimulationFrame() at ThreadingWrapper.OnBeforeSimulationFrame() at SimulationManager.SimulationStep() at SimulationManager.SimulationThread() [Info] @ 192746517 The following methods were overriden by another mod: HumanAI.SimulationStep with 3 parameters (HumanAI, Assembly-CSharp, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null)

Mods which I think are suspects:
TMPE itself
This mod
Realistic Population and Consumption Mod v8.3.3
Citizen Lifecycle Rebalance v2.3

EDIT: I should mention I have all four enabled.

Thanks for this valuable information. This compatibility warning was caused by Real Time, but actually it was harmless - I found no de-facto incompatibility. Anyway, I slightly changed some things in Real Time so that this message will not pop up anymore.

I cannot help you, sorry. "Doesn't work" is not that useful information. Can you be more specific? Also, provide the game log.
Juanubis Sep 6, 2018 @ 2:41am
@dymanoid My times speed doesn't work. I put x2 and x3 speed, but only works in a x1 speed. In options mod I have 6 at speed cycles day/nigth.

I have a list of mods which I cannot see if they are compatible.
Whenever I load a game I receive this error: The Mod C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\1420955187 [SkyTools.dll, RealTime.dll] has caused an error [ModException]

The topmost line in the exception stack trace makes it clear that the error is caused by the Ploppable RICO mod. Real Time doesn't cause the issue, but just provokes it. Please provide this issue description to that mod's author. Thank you!
