Bug with Phanon Corps
Anyone know of a bug where selecting the Phanon Corps in empires list or their faction icon doesn't open their communications screen? What's happening for me is clicking it in empires list which closes this list but no new screen opens. I even loaded up an older save in the campaign where they were't bugged. Opened their dialog window with no issues and then closed it. After closing it it became bugged. Anyone else seen this before?

i have a problem where i take control of the phanon corps but i cant use the phanon corps star traveler to build ships

I'm having it right now. Was working initially for a while but did a "back" option to select something else and it just closed (as it has been with many back options for it's dialog) but when I tried to open communications again the communication screen doesn't come up.

Edit: Ok in normal comment the fix is doing "event acot_mod_options.800" in console then select clear the clear diplomacy lock option from the menu that comes up, avoid pressing ''Actually, We want to talk about something else'' .

Hello, I found that the Pioneer Messenger cannot colonize the target planet and can only turn the habitable planet into a Gaia planet.
