So in my savegame, the phanon drop point spawned right next to an outer gate. at some point the event happened where all systems within 2 or 3 hyperlane jumps from the gates got demolished, all fleets and starbases got destroyed and all planets got shattered(!). So this means, that I could claim the phanon system and all planets within, but the phanon vault planet was shattered and even restoring it with gigastructures didnt restore the vaults either. Is there a good way to restore them or do I have to use cheats?
