Do fractured worlds go back to normal?
What the title says. Im wondering because this super OP empire has been at war with a bunch of guys and has been turning every single planets it can find into Fractured worlds, and Im just wondering if you can either terraform it back to it's original state, or if it will go back to normal, if it will never go back. In which case, if it's the ladder, that'd be really sad.

Probably not. Gigastructures will let you repair shattered worlds with G.L.U.E though, so if you like there's that option.

They do not. You can take control of the system and stabilize them to get a hell of a lot of value out of them though.

Provided you can shatter them first. Never tried that.

Yea well my ally was at war and they had the punishment option and they just kept on bombarding every single planet with the punishment option so everytime i'd be at war i'd get constant notifications they a world turned into a fractured one (hence why I asked the question)
