- Updated to Fall Patch

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where voluntary vassalage was being assigned improperly to "Capitulation"
- Fixed a bug where the AI would not properly offer Capitulation to human players without meeting certain criteria (losing their capital)

I always got crash when loading this mod.

but I'm still using the version 9, but it has many errors.

I need that version ...
