+When drinked:Adds additional 35 health for a minute.
-After a minute health goes to normal but loses 10 health permamently.
So say if I drink it with normal scout health (125) I gain 35 health (165) After a minute it goes down to the health scout was at before but this time losing ten health permamently. (If I were at full health then the effect wore off then my health would become 115 health until I die or use it again. Causing it to go down to 105 then 195 and so on.
-Health penalty is permament and can only return to original health through resupply clossets.

Makes the player temporarily invisible (NOT INVINCIBLE), because it's Dark.

That would be Op for scout. And Op for any class that does not have invisivility as one of their abilities.

-25% recharge rate

on drink makes scout into a flat shadow on the floor that can move with +20% speed but has +20% damage vulnability whilst in use, when effect runs out scout gains the Bonk! effect for 0.3 secconds.
+25% faster drink time so it can be used for sneaky escapes.

the idea is that the scout could use this to sneak past an enemy defense and take them out with the back scatterer or assist there team by throwing sandman balls at the enemys from behind, you could get behind enemys fast but would be vulnrable to damage whilst doing so, very risk vs reward like the powerjack.
the Bonk! effect makes sure scout isnt murdered as soon as he runs out of shadow-ness but also so he cant pop up behind someone, 2 shot crit them with back scatterer and hop away.

when dranked +9001 hp
a rare pepe will appear
change hit sound to mlg hitmarker
sandviches are replaced with doritos
all liquids are replaced with mountain dew
all bonk is replaced with mt dew
all voices are replaced with mlg txt 2 voice
(sample txt)
if you say any thing in chat every thing will be trigerd
