+1% bullet capacity on scatterguns only until death (example: 7 shots per drum on scattergun/ or baby face)
- Can only use primary until death once drinken.

I don't really think that makes all that much sense to be honest. That drinking this adds ammo. I think (Just as an Idea, keep in mind that i'm completely getting this out of nowhere)

On Use:
+20% speed increase
+20% Melee Damage
+10% Reload Speed
-Take damage (Something similar to Bleed or Burn) for duration.

Once under effects, effects include:

Turning slightly less visible(like a spy being touched) for 5 seconds
15% damage reduction while active

Weapons deal -40% damage while active
After effects are done, user takes minicrits for 3 seconds

how about

user is dark to sentrys (aka invisible)
+50% reload speed
+50% movement
+10% jump height
-20% health
-10% damage

last for 45 seconds

While under the effects, user cannot be detected by Sentries, can see cloaked Spies, has a 15% speed bonus and all damage taken will be full crits.
How about it grants you invisibilty for 8 but either GREATLY! reduces your attack or you cannot attack at all under the effects(even taunt kills)

Player will be able to detect enemys in a 20 foot radius
While active player will be taking 1-3 damage per second

While under the effects (9 second duration):
Movement speed increased by 50%
User becomes partially cloaked
All weapons deal 65% less damage
Any ememies damaged by the user will have a 25% percent chance of being marked for death for 20 seconds

After effect has worn off:
User takes minicrit damage for 5 seconds

Recharge Time: 18 seconds

That wouldn't work, that's basically a straight upgrade to BONK! Atomic Punch.
this might be stats that the bonk atomik punch dark can have

%80 resistance to bullets
%80 resistance to exsplosons
%80 resistance to fire
%50 resistance to crits

%50 damage decrese
%66 slower movment
all sentrys ner the player will target him/her
cant dubble jump

effect lasts four 10 sekonds resharge 30 sekonds

i think that will make a new strategy to the scott as a tank

+User cannot take crits or mini-crit
+Backstabs stun instead of killing during effects
-Cannot double jump
-Run 10% slower
-Active weapon before drinking is only usable weapon
-Cannot be regenerated without a respawn cabinet
Lasts 20 seconds

How's that seem?
